Is the GlowSmooth™ safe to use on the bikini area?
Yes - it's designed specifically for sensitive areas including the bikini line, pubic region, underarms and legs. The hypoallergenic blade guard glides over skin without nicks or pulling. As with any new grooming tool, we'd suggest starting on a small patch and a lower setting the first time so you can see how your skin responds before doing a full area. 🌸
Will it cause ingrown hairs or irritation like shaving does?
It's far less likely to than a razor. Because GlowSmooth™ trims cleanly at the surface rather than cutting below it like a blade does, most women see noticeably fewer ingrowns, less redness and none of that post-shave itch. Everyone's skin is different, so results vary, but the gentler approach is what makes the difference for most.
Can I use it wet or dry?
Both. It's fully waterproof, so use it dry for a quick touch-up or in the shower with your favourite cleanser. Just rinse it clean under the tap afterwards.
Is it rechargeable, and how long does the charge last?
Yes - it's USB rechargeable, so no fiddly batteries. A full charge gives you weeks of use depending on how often you trim, and the built-in LED light shows you exactly where you're working for precision in those harder-to-see spots.
Does it hurt? I've got really sensitive skin.
